Why this exists
If you have studied for the USMLE, you know the drill: the useful score converters are scattered across old forum threads and spreadsheets, half of them are out of date, and the polished ones tend to sit behind a subscription. Working out what your NBME 28 or UWSA 1 result actually means should not cost money or a scavenger hunt. This site started from a simple frustration — that a basic, honest conversion tool should be free, current, and in one place — and grew into a full set of calculators built around exactly that.

Every estimate here is exactly that — an approximation from community-reported data, not an official score. We are transparent about the limits so you can weigh the number sensibly.
